Lodging Cancellation
It is possible to cancel your lodging reservation and obtain a refund 14 days before the schedule date of your stay. However, administrative fees in the amount of $15 plus tax will be applied per stay that is cancelled. In other words, if you reserve 3 stays during the season and you wish to cancel 2 of them, $30 plus tax in administrative fees will be deducted from the amount you will be refunded.
*Please note that you will not be charged any additional cancellation fees for the watercraft associated with the stay you wish to cancel, even if your watercraft were charged on a separate invoice. However, in such a case, the stay reservation and watercraft rental must have been made by the same person and respect the 14 days deadline.
Watercraft and Equipment Cancellation
It is possible to cancel your watercraft or equipment and obtain a refund 2 days before the schedule date of your booking. However, an administrative fee of $15 plus taxes will be charged and will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded. After this period, it is not possible to obtain a refund.

Booking Modification
It is possible to modify an lodging reservation for the cost of $10 plus tax if the request is made 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the stay. Beyond that time period, it will no longer be possible to modify your stay.
As for watercraft and equipment rentals, it will be possible to modify your items right until the date of your arrival. However, an administrative fee of $10 plus taxes will be applied to your invoice for each modification and the balance of the modification must be paid. In cases where the modification involves a refund, it can be granted only if the request for modification is made maximum 2 days before your arrival date.

Ineligible Reasons for Cancellation
The following are not considered valid reasons for cancellation at the Poisson Blanc Regional Park:
- Bad weather: bad weather forecasts do not prevent you from being able to enjoy your stay, but require a bit more planning from campers. As the saying goes: there’s no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing;
- Fire ban emitted by the SOPEFEU;
- One of the members of the group decided not to come;
- The site you reserved is too far from the Poisson Blanc Regional Park welcome center. To avoid this kind of situation, have a look at our interactive map and locate your site before making your reservation;
- Following a safety notice issued by our team that prevents you from getting to the reservoir and/or accessing your site at the time of the intervention.

How to Cancel Your Reservation by Email or Telephone
To cancel your reservation quickly, write to us within the prescribed period by indicating the name and invoice number (ex.: 00054324). If your invoice contains many stays, it is important to specify which reservation you wish to cancel. By telephone, leave a detailed message with the same information.
*Please note, don’t forget your watercraft. They are generally on a different invoice than the one containing your accommodation. Thank you for checking before you begin a cancellation request by email or telephone.

Gift Cards
For gift cards, a reimbursement is possible within a maximum of 14 days after the purchase date. However, cancellation fees of $15 plus tax apply, and the remainder is refunded to the credit card used for the initial purchase. No refund is therefore possible starting 14 days after purchasing a gift card.
- The purchase of a gift certificate does not give you a booking priority.
- The receiver of the certificate will be able to make a reservation online according to the remaining availabilities at the time of the transaction.
- The certificate has no expiration date and is valid on all Park products (camping on the islands, camping by the mountain, cabin, watercraft and equipment rentals, boutique, etc.).
