Lodging Cancellation
It is possible to cancel your lodging reservation and obtain a refund 14 days before the scheduled date of your stay. However, administrative fees of $30 plus tax will be applied per stay that is cancelled. In other words, if you reserve 3 stays during the season and you wish to cancel 2 of them, $60 plus tax in cancellation fees will be deducted from the amount you will be refunded.
*Please note that you will not be charged any additional cancellation fees for the watercraft associated with the stay you wish to cancel, even if your watercraft were charged on a separate invoice. However, in such a case, the lodging reservation and watercraft rental must have been made by the same person.
Watercraft Cancellation
It is possible to cancel your watercraft and obtain a refund up until the day your reservation begins. However, an administrative fee of $15 plus tax will be applied per watercraft that is cancelled. In other words, if you reserve 4 watercrafts and you wish to cancel 2 of them, $30 plus tax in cancellation fees will be deducted from the amount you will be refunded.
*A little tip, to avoid charges, rent your watercraft when you are one week away from your stay. In terms of our inventory, only the 4 benches canoes are available in smaller quantities.
Equipment Cancellation
It is possible to cancel an equipment reservation and obtain a full refund up until the day your reservation begins, free of charge.

Ineligible Reasons for
Lodging Cancellation
- Bad weather: bad weather forecasts do not prevent you from being able to enjoy your stay, but require a bit more planning from campers. As the saying goes: there’s no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing;
- Fire ban emitted by the SOPFEU;
- One of the members of the group decided not to come;
- The site you reserved is too far from the Poisson Blanc Regional Park welcome center. To avoid this kind of situation, have a look at our interactive map and locate your site before making your reservation;
- Following a safety notice issued by our team that prevents you from getting to the reservoir and/or accessing your site at the time of the intervention.

Lodging Modification
It will be possible to change the dates of the reservation at a cost of $30 plus tax if the request is made 14 days before the reservation begins. After this time, it will not be possible to change the dates of your stay.
It will be possible to change the type and/or location of your lodging if you keep the same dates. However, a fee of $30 plus taxes will be applied to your reservation. It is possible to change your lodging by keeping the same dates until the day your reservation begins, as long as another lodging is available.
*It is your responsibility to check if another lodging is available to replace yours before requesting a change.
Watercraft Modification
It will be possible to modify your rented watercraft up until the date of arrival for your stay. If the number of watercraft reserved increases or remains the same, no change fee will apply, and you will simply have to pay the difference or have it refunded. However, if the number of watercraft reserved decreases, the cancellation policy applies, not the modification policy.

How to Cancel Your Reservation by Email or Telephone
To cancel your reservation quickly, write to us within the prescribed period by indicating the name and invoice number (ex.: 00054324). If your invoice contains many stays, it is important to specify which reservation you wish to cancel. By telephone, leave a detailed message with the same information.
*Please note, don’t forget your watercraft. They are generally on a different invoice than the one containing your lodging reservation. Thank you for checking before you begin a cancellation request by email or telephone.
Gift Cards
For gift cards, a reimbursement is possible within a maximum of 14 days after the purchase date. However, fees of $30 plus tax apply, and the remainder is refunded to the credit card used for the initial purchase. No refund is therefore possible starting 14 days after purchasing a gift card.
The purchase of a gift certificate does not give you a booking priority.The receiver of the certificate will be able to make a reservation online according to the remaining availabilities at the time of the transaction.The certificate has no expiration date and is valid on all Park products.
